Serve The City Geneva

March Serve the City Newsletter

WE HAVE A NEW KITCHEN PROJECT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.

On Monday 15 March to Friday 30 April. Run by STC and the Mater Foundation as we did with the previous Serve the City kitchen projects. This new project will be at Genève Plage (Cologny) with hours being roughly 9h00 to 14h30 Monday to Friday. As there is a bigger kitchen more meals will be provided so we are seeking 3 helpers each week day. We hope to be making up 200 meals a day and even more on Thursdays and Fridays.

We are on the other side of the lake for a change and hope to have enough volunteers for this project.

When you sign up have your dates of availability ready to request.

We will also require 1 driver each week-day to deliver prepared meals. Picking up from Genève Plage (Cologny) currently there are 4 local Geneva drop-off locations.

Again have your dates of availability ready when you signup.

The project coordinator will provide more information on your request.

RE THE PARTAGE FOOD BAG PROJECT. A little change.

Yes we are committed to use the PalExpo hall thru end of April, but may have to change locations thru the end of June.(to be confirmed)
